Camembert

It's after midnight (late night crew is on), I'm sick and can't sleep and the boards are slow. I thought if a said a magical cheese word the floodgates would open...

I am usually on during the day and I always see all of the night owl cheese posts from the previous evening-something about cheese always gets this board jumping in the wee hours.

I'm not familiar with camabert. I love cheese but I am not enough of connoisseur. It's like wine. I think I have to take a cheese tasting class!!!

Right now I am having thoughts of port wine cheddar, which I have not had in ages. Sometiimes I think it's too heavy. Right now it would be perfect!
