I want to get FH a small camera - just so he can do some short videos or whatever. Can anyone suggest one? Don't really want to spend more then like 150 on it.

My vote is always for Canon or Sony. Dealcatcher.com has daily deals on all kinds of electronics, you can get a pretty good one for $150

Are you wanting it just for video or camera too?
I would suggest a small canon point and shoot, mine was $169.
FLIP video cameras are also cool, they are $150 and up and shoot HD video.

Get a flip! they are like 99$ and soooo worth it! you said you didn't want to spend a lot. this is not a professional camera but we got it for my fbil and it works awesome!!!!

I LOVE my flip! The video quality is amazing, it's super easy to use, it's tiny - so not annoying to carry around, and you can very easily share videos or edit them!!
