For those of you who have or are having cameras at tables at the reception, how may are you placing per table?

Re: cameras at tables
At my friend's wedding last wee, there were cameras at the tables. But my friend's mom told me a couple days later, the groom's brother just messed around with his camera and just used the whole roll to take pictures of him and his girlfriend. His brother's kind of a jerk anyway, so it's not like they wanted a whole rollful of just them two.
some of my sisters best lpictures came from these cameras and some real fun ones too.
don't read further if you are easily offended......my cousin took a picture of the toilet at my sisters wedding with the camera, so at his wedding the next month, my sisters new husband 'played with his food' and used the vegetables to write out good food on his plate and took a picture of that. My cousins sister is getting married in September and then its me so I wonder what pictures we will be left with. They made for some silly fun!

Re: cameras at tables
I was planning on 1 per table. I'll probably mix both color and black and white film cameras among the tables.

Re: cameras at tables
I'm doing one regular one at each table and about 6 black and white ones at choice tables ( meaning those I know the GUYS wont use to take pics of their butts with!)

Re: cameras at tables
What's the cheapest price you found the cameras for? Where should I go to buy them and how far in advance??

Re: cameras at tables
The cheapest I saw was on e-bay, there are a lot of vendors on there for it, and they come with the place cards for the table...Staples has them too sometimes real cheap and then you can download a custome 'skin' ( a wedding one) from online if you do a search for free...think I am doing the Ebay route though....

Re: cameras at tables
Definately!!!! Great Idea! I am doing one per table. Yeah you will get some bad pics but overall I feel its totally worth it. If you get the cameras through a vendor they will probably charge a lot per cmaera. Try CVS... I have seen wedding cameras there before...

Re: cameras at tables
I will be doing the cameras on the tables b/c my photographer can not be in two places at one time. He may miss a couple of funny shots. I'll rather be save than sorry.
