My friends and I are trying to plan a last minute camping trip. Anyone know of a good place? All imput would be helpful...We kinda need a real bathroom. and we dont want to rough rough it. We also have kids the ages of 3 and 5 comming. THanks for all your help!!

The Yogi Bear camp grounds are very good for children. We went with FH's niece and nephew to the one in Ellenville. It has a really nice pool area and the bathrooms were so clean and neat I couldn't believe it and they have children's activities. Here is the website http://www.nyjellystone.com/index.html

I've gone to American Family Campground. It's about 2 hours upstate, a little past the Woodbury common outlets.
The campground is nice and there's running water, bathrooms with showers, etc. They also have a pool, large baseball type fields for the kids to play on, basketball hoops. We always go the weekend after labor day and it's empty. Not sure what it's like around this time of year.
