Campbell's Bake Shop

Does anyone have any reviews of this bakery? Yesterday I checked out the Black Forest Bakery and the woman there was less than pleasant. I don't want that sort of yucky vibe to have any part of creating my wedding cake. Turns out the Riviera also uses Campbell's Bake Shop, but I haven't set up an appointment with them yet. I was just wondering if anyone has experiences with them that they'd like to share.

Thanks!
