We got what I think is a great deal! We're going for 5 days Kaui, 5 days Maui. $5,000 includes for 2 pple: RT airfare (without changing planes), Airfare from Kaui to Maui, Inclusive Breakfast (important... heard this could be $30/day), car rental, hotels at each island are excellent location and 4 star on water. We are going June 13, '06. Let me know if you need more info.

It depends where you stay and what time of year you visit. My TA said you can easily get there for less than $5K with air and hotel, but you'd be at smaller independant hotels which may not be as nice.
I'm going for nine nights, staying at the hyatts in kauai (4 nights) and maui (5 nights). Includes bfast daily for two, air, tax, transfers, car rental, insurance. $5800.
