Turns out my digital camera was on video instead of picture so I thought I didn't get a picture of 'the possible' dress. Well I can;t figure out to copy it just as a picture so I can have it - Can anyone help me?

I'm not too sure, did you check the camera company's website? They may have suggestions or you can email their tech support dept for help.
