Can anyone help me find an outfit I saw on TV?

I watch Good Day New York on Fox5 in the mornings and today Jodi Applegate was wearing this cute red dress with white something (flowers? print of some sort) on it, and it had a black band around the waist and around the sleeves.

Anyone saw it? I tried looking at their website, but couldn't see anything regarding who styled them for the day.

I do know that Jodi wears a lot of Ann Taylor Loft clothes because I've seen some of her stuff when I've gone shopping. But didn't see the dress on their website.

Anyway, I just really thought the dress was cute and may be nice for my e-pics (in two weeks!). Can anyone help?

I got mine at express, one at H&M they have similar stuff -I see them everywhere
