Can anyone help with Ideas for DH's 40th Bday??

So DH is turning 40 this November and I would like to do something really special for him....any ideas?? Maybe you awesome ladies can ask your DH's or FH's what they think would be really fun or what they would like if they were him??

The last couple of years, DH has been sick and been through alot and i'd like to make this very memorable for him. I'm torn between a party or taking him to Vegas or a Cruise...or getting a motorcycle but I don't know what he wants.....
