Ours were very simple. I typed up the programs in Word, and e-mailed them to my MIL who had them printed at her job. As a last-minute addition, she purchased these covers from some sort of religious-supply store (who knew these existed?).

I wasn't too particular about them and honestly, no one cared what they looked like but appreciated that we had them...

These are mine, but the bow is black. the proof had a burgandy color because that is all the girl had who is doing mine.
