I am looking for a Reception Hall, that only has 1 wedding at a time, Can hold between 120-140 people.
I would like this place to have a nice separate indoor ceremony location, plus a separate cocktail hour room, and a nice reception room.
I am having a very hard time finding places with those requirements. It does not matter nassau or suffolk, but i definately want it to be one affair at a time.

There are honestly a lot of places that fit your requirements. Have you checked the reception listings on this site, or weddingsitesandservices.com?

there is also a book that is like a catalog of reception halls for ny/nj/ct. REALLY helpful. You can pick it up at any Barnes and Noble. They list approx prices per plate, room capacity, type of cuisine, etc.
I highly reccomend it!

Floral TErrace ( where I am getting married) altho I would check the room requirement...but 1 wedding at a time, a diff cocktail room, downstairs location for ceremony.

I have to recommend Chateau La Mer in Lindenhurst. They fit your requirments to a tee except they do 2 weddings at a time......but they are staggered. The view is incredible, right on the Great South Bay. Because of your numbers, you'd probably pick the upstairs room, which is beautiful! Tons of extras as well.......free yacht arrival, individualized waiter service, tons of food options and by far the best staff!!!!
