Can anyone reccomend a good spa thats not TOO $$

My best friends bday is coming up and shes never been to a spa. Since her bday is the weekend before my wedding I figured it would be a great time to go! Can you ladies suggest somewhere?? we dont care where it is.

Check out spa-addict.com.. they always have specials and you can browse on there of all spas in the area..

Gurney's Inn in Montauk - a hike, but it's amazing. For $25, you have total access to the facilities, which includes the indoor saltwater pool, the roman baths, steam room and a sauna... costs extra for services though
