a good FF salad dressing. I have yet to find one. There is a salad place by my job that has an awesome FF Balsamic dressing but I haven't been able to find one I can buy at the store.

I do not know how much fat is in it but one of my favorite dressings is the Lite Newmans Own Balsamic vinegrette

Ok, this sounds dumb, but I'm a dietitian. Make sure you read the labels, because a lot of fat free products can have more or the same calories as their full fat or low fat equivilants. So it may not be worth the search.

I actually mix balsamic with some dijion mustard and toss that in my salads-- it's pretty good and if you want-- you can put a drop of olive oil in to thin it out a little. I usually use like a honey dijion by grey poupon.
