Can anyone recommend a good (aggressive) real estate agent?
I am still waiting to hear about the house we are in contract with, but as of 6/15 we dont have to stay in contract with them and they have to pay us back all expenses and dp. I love my RE agent but I dont want the sellers to know that I want to start looking, and since she works for them I cant trust her. My FI went past the house this past week and no one is doing upkeep on the lawn or house so now we may not wait past 6/15 for this house.

I am looking from Bayshore (Bayshore schools), Babylon (West and North), and out to Patchogue. Selden, Farmingville, etc. I am pretty much open to an area as long as it has a good school district and low crime. I need to be centrally located, near LIE or Sunrise (LIE preferred)
