Can anyone recommend a good lawyer?

You may remember that last June we had a car drive into our kitchen and hallway while we were sleeping. Well, the work is basically done (just some caulking and landscaping to be done) and DH and I are thinking of talking to a lawyer about this. There are a bunch of things that the insurance companies didn't pay for (so we paid out of pocket) plus I wasn't able to work as much last summer b/c I spent so much time dealing with everyone/company involved and went through construction! Add onto that all of our aggrivation-and there was a lot!

Can anyone recommend a good lawyer? Do you know what they charge for a consulation? We want to know if it is even worth it to pursue this. Can anyone share an experience when you had to sue someone? DH and I never had to before!
