we had a great home inspector...... used World inspection network, the inspectors name was Ronald Pellegrino.....425 including termite inspection....plus 40 for lead based paint inspection....he was very thorough through the house 516-785-4124

gary maxim at maximum home isnpection. i work for a lawyer and we use him for all of ours, $350.00

AMERISPEC they were awesome. $450 for engineer and termite. i have the number at home if you cant find it on the net. FM if u need it.
