alcoholic beverage???

i am having a BBQ and want to kinda continue to watch my diet and have a few BMs coming who are also trying to diet...
yet we still wanna sit back and relax with a drink or 2...
so we are open to any recommendations

In the summer I find champagne refreshing. But def. rum and diet coke for a liquor option.

and to make sugar free mojitos just replace the sugar with splenda! other than that its mint leaves rum and club soda!

seltzer get the flavored one and put gin or vodka in it. Tonic has a lot of calories.

Seltzer with a flavored vodka...
beware, tonic water is loaded with calories. If you like it, they sell diet tonic also, def. get that if you are watching calories. It tastes the same.
