did you try your regular bank? when i bought my condo they offered me the best rate and the mortgage is counted towards the balance you hold with them - so i am at the high end for customer service, money market rates, etc.

Randy Asher at Wells Fargo in Melville Don't be fooled by his age, he is very young but this guy knows how to get a good deal. I don't have the number on me but I'm sure a quick 411 call will provide that. He is an EXCELLENT business man and very professional. You won't be disappointed. He got my sister a mortgage last month and lowered the interest on my parents as well. Very Intelligent Young Man.

i dont' have a recommendation - but i will tell you that i had a terrible time with the bank of ny not sure if it was the bank or the people i dealt with - but they put me through hell......
