can anyone recommend a reception hall for under 6000?
I was wonder if anyone could recommend an affordable but elegant place that includes everything: cocktail hour, open bar, buffet option, cake, flowers, etc for under 6000 or 60 with tax and gratuity included for 88 people on a friday night in april? please help. bride on a budget.anywhere in queens or very close to queens. Don't want to go that far since we don't have a car to visit the places.

I had my reception at Coral House. They are in your range. It is not an overly fancy place, but it is cozy and pretty and is very charming.
My wedding was beautiful and fabulous thanks in part to Coral House. They are reasonably priced and they do an amazing job. I have absolutely NO complaints about my wedding day. I am still getting compliments.

Astoria Manor, Crystal Palace...You should also check out some restaurants in Queens...Theres a place on Austin St. called Melange Grill that has good food and they have an area for dancing. Oh...there are also the Knights of Columbus halls. I went to one out I think in Massapequa, where it was $35pp. There is the Memorare Club in Oyster Bay that is about $50pp. Hope it helps.Welcome New Vendors
