Can Anyone Recommend A Skin Bleaching Cream?

what do you mean by sunspots?

I have sunspots but they actually get lighter when i tan - turns out they are a fungus and i was told to use this prescription medicine OR just put selsun blue on it

but if they are darker i dont know what you mean?
