We used House Master and were very happy with them. I think that they charge a little more than others but we thought he was very thorough. He gave us a 23 page report as soon as he was done and took the time to explain a lot to us. House Master Hope this helps!

We used Tim Gill from World Inspection Network. My Uncle who is a contractor was with us and said he was the best inspector he's seen and is now referreing him to clients.

I also used WINI.... but my inspector was Rich Bonderoff... who specializes in Levits/Massapequa/Seaford/Wantagh houses.
