I need to get moving again, and I seem to do best when I just have someoen to follow and I'm committed ot the lenght of the class, video, whatever. I used to do the NYC ballet workout, but it's too intense for me now. I have back injuries, so I'm looking for something fun, but that isn't too strenuous or has modifications for people w/ back problems. Anything involving dance is great, too, because I was very involved in dance until the car accidents. TIA!

If you want to ease back into exercise, take a look at Walk Away the Pounds (Leslie Sansone). You get a good workout that is not overly strenuous. The Firm is much harder, IMO.

Yup, I like to Walk Away the Pounds, too. It is a good workout and you can add weights when you are ready. There are 1, 2, and 3 mile walks and rubber ball weights that you fill with water or you can use your own handweights. My mom and I used it before my wedding and I still use it and mom has been begging me to come over and do the walk with her.
