Can anyone recommend an inexpensive digital camera?
My parents and FH are wondering what I want for my b-day (Saturday the 28th ) and I said I would like a digital camera. My problem is that I don't know which brands/models are good and what's a good price. Any ideas? Thanks

I just bought my SIL the Kodak Easyshare for her baby shower. It was $199 and she loves it. It is very easy to use and the pics are crystal clear.

In that case, I would get the Canon Elph Shot.. alot of features, easy to use and best part of it all is that it't TINY..

any electronic place has them.. check out best buy.. =) or if there's any WIZ's still open anywhere, try there..

Def get that one!! It's an awesome camera!! I have an olympus.. it's a fabulous dig cam but I got it like 3 years ago so it's a wittle big.. lol

I just got the Sony Point and Shoot P8...its a little more than you wanted to spend....but I LOVE it...I have not put it down yet!

Marcella - I think I have the same olympus. I love the pictures it takes, but its just too big. I'm looking into upgrading to the canon elph for my birthday in Sept. I've had the olympus 3-4 years and its starting to give me problems (every since a windy day at the beach, the lens mechanism has been grinding...I think sand got in).
My sister just got the elph and she loves it. Size is definitely a big factor for my next camera!
