What I usually do with the salmon is sliced tomtoes and sliced lemon on top garlic powder salt pepper alittle bit of butter olive oil and cover it with aluminium foil for the top to be a creamy pink color about 10 mins then take the aluminium foil off and cook until it falls apart with a fork!! It is so good just put in all in one dish rub all the olive oil all over it then salt and pepper garlic powder then slices of butter just a few tomtoes and lemon on top!!

I marinate in teriakki sauce, salt and pepper.....YUM

I sometimes put dijon mustard on the top with a little bread crumbs. Then I spray a little butter on top so it doesnt dry out. It always comes out really well.

Yesterday I cooked salmon from a recipe I found in Parenting magazine.
1 tbsp of soy sauce 1 tbsp of brown sugar 1 tbsp of dijon mustard 1 tbsp of ground ginger
I didn't have the ginger and I eliminated the mustard so I just used the soy sauce and the brown sugar...
Broil for 10 minutes until it flakes....it was pretty good!!!
