hellllo Everyone!! Me and my fiance are in the mist of loking at places to hold our 2011 wedding.. and was woundering if anyone would share with me some prices that they got from fox hollow and/or the inn at new hyde park?? Just wanted to get an idea.. thanks!!!!
Hi! I am also in the process of looking at halls. I looked at the Inn at New Hyde Park about a week ago. Janine was so nice and we loved the place. The only thing is that if you have less than 175 people, you cannot have the wedding on a friday or saturday night. It was kind of a turnoff, but I still loved it. She quotes us $85 a head for a Thursday night, $120 for a sat or sun afternoon, and $130 for a sunday night.
it was about 75 for a saturday evening in feb of 2010 for fox hollow.
I got quoted $80pp for a sunday twilight time at Fox hollow for Jan 2011. I think that is a bit high considering from most people on here I heard that Fox Hollow for winter 2011 was around 70-75$ . Not sure when you are planning for...but they definitely have reasonable prices and its a very cozy atmosphere. The one thing i didnt like was that the ballroom is very long and narrow. I think the ballroom at Inn at New Hyde is more spacious looking in a way.
