Can anyone tell me what happens at your final meeting with the hall?

I just want to be prepard when I go and meet with the banquet manager.

From what I hear, Dont know yet myself, you pick out menu, set up final details regarding Time lines etc..They tell you when to come bring down the final payment if your not doing it then and when to drop off your stuff....

I scheduled it and all they told me so far was to bring pics of my cake and pick out my menu. I imagine we are going to over deadlines for payments, I have to make a payment, go over the seating arrangements and they'll give me that sheet to set up the assignments, maybe we'll discuss add-ons too.
