I know the real reason why... i heard it on the radio. One of their close friend's has a daughter named Apple and they fell in love with the name. They even asked their friend if they can use the name!

I heard something about her being concieved in NYC and that is a possible reason why they named her that??
Only celebrites name thier kids these strange names...they dont think about how the kids will feel about it later in life.

ok--that's just weird. first of all, why did the friends name their kid apple & why would you want to name your kid the same thing as your friends'?
If its any consolation, my friend went to the closign for his apt. & the seller's attorney was named Peaches. Her real name. My other lawyer friend looked her up . As far as I know, she isn't the child of a celebrity!
