i am finding that i am doing a mixture of teh both is that bad? Do you think i will loose still?

I personally think South Beach is better than Atkins. It allows you to eat some more carbs than Atkins, but good carbs. All carbs are not bad! Only bad carbs are bad!

Right but what i am saying is that i find myself eatong te fafttioer steaks which atkins allows but eating osme other 'good carbs' that south beach allow and atkins doesnt not so i am mixing both is that ok?

Oh. Well, I would just be careful how much fat you eat and how much red meat. I still don't see how on Atkins you can eat all that high cholesterol food and it doesn't do any harm. I just don't get that.
