So my mother proceeds to tell me this morning that she got something in the mail from my MOH. She shows me the envelope and I screamed don't show me anything, it's for my bridal shower.
I told her that MOH had made a boo boo on the date and she said oh yeah she did. She looks at the invite real quick , and says yeah it is still wrong. And then says oh no it is right. May 2nd.
I said OMG!!! Why did you tell me, Mom? IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE A SURPRISE!!!!
I knew she couldn't keep a secret.

My mom hasn't told me the details, coz I swear I would have walked out the room with my fingers plugged into my ear and singing LALALALALA .
My mom is the type of person who will tell you the ending of a movie and ruin it for ya, so I wouldn't have expected anything less from her....

thats sux.... yeah my mom has told me where, when, what time(she even emailed my a copy of the invite) who has rsvped, who has said no.... im like please mom stop telling me and the VERY NEXT day she calls and is like 'oh, 2 more of the girls from work has RSVP' MOM STOP TELLING ME EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same thing happened to me. My BP deliberately did not send my sister an invite bc of her big mouth. She was super offended (did nt know the reason). I told her this is prob why... she still pouted. They finally send her one and a week later, she spills the beans. I went off on her and told her THIS is exactly why no one wanted to tell you and now you ruined my shower surprise for me. At least she knows it won't happen again.
