Can I just say how excited I am?

We got to the keys to our house Saturday. The poor lady was rushed out that she didn't get to clean really, so I cleaned up Saturday then we went to Home Depot to buy all this new stuff. FH and his best friend were at the house all day doing work. I'm going back tonight to do more stuff and slowly moving stuff over. We still have lots of painting to do, the floors finished upstairs, ripping out bushes and plants and then moving. I love it! I can't believe I own a house!

We have gas heat Actually from what I'm told it's about the same price. I still don't understand that
