Can I just tell you how much I hate Apple Honda in Riverhead right now??!!

I had an appointment at 7pm to pick up our new car today (which they've already rescheduled three times for stupid reasons). They end up called my DH at 4pm to let him know we need to reschedule again because I need to change my name with the DMV. Now, I asked them if it would be a problem that my license is in my maiden name a few weeks ago when we bought the car and they said no. The car will be in DH's name, registered to him, insurance in his name, etc - I am just the co-signer on the loan. I ended up calling the finance guy back to find out why we needed the license in my married name and he changed his story - We didn't - Just needed the marriage certificate with the new name. Okay, so now you'd think we could still go get the car tonight. Umm, no, they gave our appointment away!! The guy was such a jerk on the phone, so disrespectful, condescending and nasty, that I am cancelling the deal. Why give this dealership all this money if they are going to treat you like garbage??!!
AGH!! So mad right now!!

Thanks guys! I have calmed down a little since yesterday. This whole thing stinks because we really liked our salesman but the finance guy was such a jerk! Anyway, my DH called them last night to cancel the deal. I will definitely check out the Levittown and Babylon Honda dealerships -
