I have to pick up my dress 1 month before the wedding and I'm afraid is going to be wrinkled. I'm getting dressed at home and I don't trust the clearners by me. Any suggestions?

I'd find someone you do trust. Steamers need to be used properly, especially if you have any beadwork on your dress. I wouldn't chance doing it yourself. Ask the store you bought your dress from if you can bring it back right before the wedding to have them steam out any wrinkles for you.

I didn't get my dress from a store. I got from the designer and she is Manhattan. I live in Queens. Can I iron the dress??

Are you getting ready in a hotel? A lot of nicer ones will have steamers for your use. Call them and find out!
Also, you can buy little travel steamers.

Definitely no ironing! Steaming is way safer. Just keep the steam a few inches from the dress.
