Can I return or exchande my dress at Davids Bridal?
Im having second thoughts about my dress....Does this happen to anyone else?? has anyone ever returned or exchange at Davids Bridal?? What should I do????? HELP!!

I got a BM dress there in June for a friends wedding and I think you can exchage dresses there. You cannot return. There was a girl there when we were there and they were issuing her a store credit for her dress.

I'm pretty sure they told me I could exchange when I bought my gown. Call them up...they're pretty good!

they told me that as long as you have the receipt and no alterations were done you can exchange.

I'd be curious to know what happens. They told me that they do not return -- but they will exchange an unaltered dress for another size (of the same style, I suppose). Let us know what they say...GL

Well I called them today and asked what is their return/exchange policy?? They said I could bring my dress in and exchange it for another one of equal or greater value and they must have what I want in the store...so fine by me!! made my appointment for tomorrow!!

What about for other merchandise? I know I want to get my favors from there, could I exchange my dress for favors?

My second dress is coming in June... Eventually I will sell the first one.
I always think of that when I see a late 2009 or 2010 bride post their gowns -- if I had bought a gown 2 years before the wedding, I would be onto dress #3
