...something I made for my baby boy while I was preggo? It's a cross stitch I started it last July and I did it on the bus to and from work everyday. Then after he was born, I added the name, date & weight. I had it professional framed which cost a few bucks (!!) but it was worth it.

I was taking it down from the wall while I'm packing and I realized I didnt even take a pic of it. So here it is:

Is cross stitch easy to do?? I really like that, I think it is something I would like to try. That is beautiful.

Thank you everyone. I know it wont hang in his room when he's older like it would for a girl, but I am so glad I did it for him. I told DH it will be hanging in our room in a few years.

Shamma, cross stitch is not hard. The counted ones, like this one, can be trickier because there is no pattern on the fabric. If you are going to do it, start with a small one. You may get hooked, I find them so enjoyable. I should also add that it's not hard if you dont have a baby. I made a lot of them for nieces/nephews before I had Luke. I have a friend who is PG and I wanted to make one for her but....I have no time between Lukie & school.
