Can I vent?

AHHHHHHHHHH
FI and I have been apartment hunting and there is nothing nothing nothing! Either its too expensive, not big enough for 2 people or a crazy landlord, we can't win! I am just so frustrated right now! I've looked in Newsday, Pennysaver, Yankee Trader, even craigslist and apartments.com and nothing!!! I am also job hunting at the same time, it's so hard to find an office job that pays more than 11 an hour!!!!

I feel you pain! We are looking for an apartment also, and the ones that are in are price range are to far out east for us.

omg i totally feel your pain! i'm looking for work also and although we both want to move into a place just the two of us we just can't afford it right now..i'm hoping that once he graduates college..it'll get a little better...but if i see or hear of anything i'll let you know! good luck in your searches!!

it's so hard - have you thought of going through a real estate agent? it might help.

on the job front what is your background? I work in sales - they just fired two people this week and are looking for replacements. do you have experience w/ payroll? sales? book keeping?
