I had an amazon package sent via 2-day mail, but had mistakenly entered an incorrect zip code. I called UPS and asked to change my zip code.
You would think I would get the package.
NO.
They decided to change the zipcode and change the building #!!!
Once that got corrected, they then managed to re-enter an incorrect zipcode (where they got it I don't know).
And now they will try to deliver it tomorrow.
The thing was sent out on the 20th!!!
It is so incredibly frustrating...
Why do you change the other fields when not necessary!!!! I am never using them again!!!!

Do NOT even get my started about UPS. I HATE them! They always mess up on my packages then will not deliver it until the following day or day after. I would not use them if I didn't have to but alot of online stores ship via UPS. I can feel your pain . i have spent many useless hours arguing with them!

I feel your pain too!
One Christmas I ordered something and paid for overnight shipping because I was cutting it close. This was when I lived in an apt in a private house and my door was on the side. I left a note on the front of the house stating they should come around to the side entrance. They left a delivery attempt notice on my note.
I called to reshedule and the same thing happened again. My package was returned to the vendor because UPS said I moved. They didn't know what to say when I said Why would I order something, pay for expedited shipping and then move the very next day???

UPS SUCKS! A package I send to our branch in LA in August wasn't delivered because they clamed that the company 'Moved'. In reality only half of the company moved, and the person who the package was addressed to was still there, at the old address! She never received it and the package was returned ot me 5 days later! I never ever use UPS again! FedEx is the only reliable place!
Any time I order something and UPS is involved, the package comes in late! Always!
the bad was when they told me they tried to deliver...but told me I had to come and pick it up...when I went down there they said it was still on the truck...even though they told me to come down...and I CALLED to confirm I was coming down and the package would be there...
they did right their wrong though by delivering it 2 hours later..

We have a UPS account at work and apparently we had an over due balance that was not paid but we never got the invoice so one I called to schedule a UPS pick up and they tell me that our account was suspened! I was like what! My boss was pissed because they never even sent us a notice saying that our account had an outstanding balance and that we were in danger of being suspened...Hello!!! they are so dumb sometimes...

I just vented about UPS on the BHB board the other day. I order mu union candle set and the box said 'fragile' everywhere, nonetheless my candles all came practically in shambles They stink

This is why I only use USPS when I ship stuff out for Ebay and half.com
