Can I wear...

A long sweater, leggings and boots to work? Thanks in advance!

depends on your job. Some places are casual while others are not at all. My last job you had to be dressed up, they wanted the suit look or slacks with button downs or even if you did a sweater still had to be dressy and with slacks. We also had rules about when the guys can wear khaki's, it was only after it was officially summer, otherwise they had to wear dark dress pants, there was a whole manual on what we can wear, the guys also always had to wear a suit and jacket, only in the summer were they able to wear polo shirts. So I wouldnt have been able to wear that outfit at my last job.

Some places though are alot more casual and you can do it, depends on the environment

I personally wouldn't wear that to the office. But if I remember correctly you're a teacher (right?). In that case, I think that outfit would be great for work.

Yeah it really depends on where you work. I know at my previous job (before going into business for myself) I could definitely get away with an outfit like that with no problem.

I think its good, I am a teacher and a lot of teachers wear this.

Yep you sure could. Especially if you had some tights with little music notes on them.

Sounds adorable, but I am a teacher too (high school) and we are pretty formal. I wouldnt be able to wear that to work.

excellent i have tried it on 3 times and am so nervous about it lol..even though i wear sweat dresses and leggings all the time this just feels different lol

I do all the time. It's like my go-to outfit. I work in an office, but I think it is still good for a school environment!

excellent...if its good for an office its fine for an elementary music teacher! i sit on the floor all day!

I'm a middle school teacher and I see teachers, including myself, wear outfits like that.

I guess it mostly depends on whats the norm in your school though.
Some schools may have more of a formal, or business like dress code.
