Can I wear my hair half up/half down....

for my July 4th wedding? Will it be too hot? What are other July brides doing with their hair?

I think it will be hot, but if you want to do that...then go for it.
I got married in August, and wore above elbow gloves. People thought I was crazy, because it was hot, but I wanted to.

I think this depends on your hair texture, does your hair usually frizz or droop in hot weather?

If you think your hair can hold up and this is the style you want- then go for it.

I wouldn't worry about the heat, because you will be in the ac most of the day. Our friends got married in July- it was (no exaggeration) 105 degrees. They took their pics outside, were hotm then came in a were fine!

I'm doing all up but a loose back bun with flowers, my dress is backless so I wanted to wear it up.. No veil. It's going to be very hot because we're out on the beach in July , getting married. But you do whatever way you want. If you're inside remember it will be air conditioned during the reception. What about your ceremony inside or out?

I'm July 18 and I am wearing my hair half up. I also have very long hair. I figure the church and the catering hall both have A/C as well as the limo. I'll be outside for pictures, but it's an evening wedding so it's not like the sun will be beating down on me. I wouldn't feel comfortable with all of my hair up. It just wouldn't be me!

My ceremony and pictures will be outside, weather permitting of course. I can't decide what to do and I'm having a trial at the end of the month!
