I haven't been to a wedding in over 4 years and now FH and I have 2 coming up before ours! I have this dress, can I wear it to a wedding or is it too iffy?

I'm not sure color wise if that is crossing the line with 'only the bride wears white to a wedding' thing. The dress style itself it perfectly fine (I wore something similar, but with straps and a plunging neckline to my friend's wedding in April).

I will say no.... I think In a wedding only the BRIDE should be in WHITE.... I will feel offended if U come to my wedding wearing a white drss...

Though I also would not have been offended if anyone showed up in it at my wedding. If that makes any sense.

Gotcha. I was iffy on it too. I'm going to my first Arizona weddings and they do things really different out here. I have to talk to a couple of friends who were raised out here about what appropriate gift giving is. It's so much easier on LI.

The dress is awesome!! however with the white in it Im not sure how the bride will be.. Some brides get very upset if someone is wearing white in their dress to their wedding... I do like it though!

I guess the best way to judge it is to ask yourself if you'd be mad if someone wore that to your wedding....

what if you got a black wrap to wear over it? in order to add a little bit more and draw less attention away from the white.
how close are you to the bride? if you to are friendly just send her the pic and be like hey would you mind if i wore this? lol
if it were me i wouldn't care, but if you have qualms about it then there might be a reason for it and should probably wear something else. if that makes any sense lol

i LOVE the dress, but not for a wedding. it has too much white in it. does it come in a different color?
