Can Low-Carb and WW work together?

Can Low-Carb and WW work together?

I've been on WW in the past and have been successful. When I tried it last year, it wasn't working for me because I was too busy between 3 jobs and wedding planning to count points and plan meals properly. So, I tried SBD for the wedding and was pretty successful. Post-wedding, SBD hasn't been working that great for me.
I am planning on starting WW again because now I have more time - but I feel like with all I've learned about with sugar and carbs, etc - I want to try and do a 'low-carb' version of WW - is that possible?? I feel like a lot of low-carb foods - like meat and cheese - have relatively high point values so I'll be using up so many of my points. Can these two diets work together? Opinions please!
Thanks so much!

Why don't you try WW Core program
You can alternate Core & Points every other week just not switch on & off in the same week
Good Luck

Thanks for the suggestion - I dont have any of the Core lists though - I was planning on doing WW by myself since I can't really afford to go to meetings right now.
So if anyone can post or email me the WW Core lists so I can take a look - it would be greatly appreciated!

I have seen WW make the low carb frozen foods. If you like those, it might be helpful.

I would try the Core program- in a nutshell, anything goes as long as it's not processed (then you use points for that stuff) Lean protein, low-fat dairy, fruits and veggies are pretty much as much as you want.
