Can somebody explain to me...

...why Im sitting here watching Father of the Bride Part 2 and started tearing up at the part where she is going into the labor room and her husband is just arriving in the elevator.

Im not usually like this and Ive seen this movie a million times so it's not like I didnt know what was coming!

hahah...when I was away at college I was watching Father of the Bride and started bawling b/c I missed my dad. I used to call him whenever that was on or when Butterfly Kisses came on the radio. I'm such a sap! So is he though.

I just found a really cute parent gift for him. It's a dad dancing with his little girl, with her dancing on his feet and you can get it engraved 'I'll always be your little girl' with your name and wedding date on it. I teared up immediately and all I could thing was my big 6'1' over 300 pound dad is going to cry his eyes out over this. I got my sappiness from him.

Father of the Bride (the original) is on all the time...
and i sit there and watch it... in hysterics every time i come across it.
HYSTERICS! and then i call my daddy just to chat.
FH won't let me watch it anymore if he's home.
