when u hit reply, look under the emote-icons where it says add feature- it says insert web link. click on that and then type in what u want the link to appear as and then it will prompt u to type in (or cut and paste) the url

yes,

see when u reply under all the icons is a insert web link, click that , then u type say

click here & then u past the link in the next pop up.,
