what the difference is between 'White' and 'Diamond White' for a wedding gown? There are so many variations out there! I want the 'whitest' color there is; no ivory at all.

diamond white is just a little less white than white. Sometimes white can be very stark white and depending on your complexion won't go. Before I went dress shopping I said i will only wear white, and no way would I get ivory. The sales people suggested i dont do white and showed me examplex, when they brought out the white it was very stark white and washed me out. They brought out the ivory which looked white to me and before dress shopping I would've thought was white if i saw it. Most girls on here ive seen wear ivory. They also suggested ivory to me bc the beading will look different on the dress depending if its white, diamond white or ivory. With my dress the details on the dress showed alot more than when it was in white
This was my dress in Ivory, depending on the designer ivory can vary.

diamond white is a little less white..than white..but to me its very hard to tell the difference unless they are right next to one another...I agree with denise..you need to go try on both to see what looks better with your skin tone..I choose white..it brought out my complexion and features more..but it doesn't work for everyone..some people ivory looks better!
