I need help setting up my budjet, I don't know how much the limo, DJ, and photo+video usually all run, can someone give me a brief idea of some numbers so i can make a spreadsheet?

I think the best thing you can do is call around only because only you know what you need...ie. flowers, how many CPs and BoKs, Limo, how many people...etc...but maybe if you list this stuff we can help more...

I think u can get great video and photo under 5K. Mine is 4700 with Duet. Limos not too sure myself.
With Djs, depends what u want.. do you just want a dj or some live components? do you want lighting? You can get dj anywhere from 2k and more. My quotes have been between 4-5k.

you can find a DJ one-man show (just a DJ, no MC) for about $700, i believe. of course, lighting and DJ extras add up fast so watch out for that

I can give you and estimate based on what we're paying thus far:
Limo: budgeted $1500 for Limobus but might be more around $1200.
DJ: Budgeted $3500 and that's with all the lighting as well. We paid $3600.
Photo: Budgeted $3000 (but we needed 2 photographers so that's where it gets more expensive - and we opted out of albums). We paid $2700.
Video: can't help you because we are not doing video.
Florist: Budgeted $2500 - includes bouquets, centerpieces, arrangements for Bar and Card Table and tax and delivery charges.
Dress: Budgeted $2000 - that includes alterations
Favors: Budgeted $500
Invitations: Budgeted $400
Wedding Bands: Budgeted $2000
Honeymoon: Budgeted $4000

Okay so if I have 9 girls and 9 guys in the bridal party and then i want to supply a limo for our parents and grandparents, what do you suggest i need? Two limos to the church? A separate car from the church for just the two of us? A party bus to my photo location between the ceremony and reception? I dont know I never really thought about it! It's pretty CONFUSING!

Only one car. PIck up groom and drop off at church, then go get girls and you and drop them off.
Limobus for 750 is what I'm doing.
DJ- I budgeted $2,000-3,000....only paid $1200. Dj/mc basic light show 5 hours
Photo/video: wanted 4000-4500 2 photographers, 800 pictures, album with 80 pictures, 2 parent albums, 3 dvds, thank you cards, engagement pics
flowers- no more than 2000..have something for $1600 18 low centerpieces, 6 bms, 7 gm, 4 corsages, no church flowers.

Got the best possible deal with Duet for photo/video for $5300 - i posted previously about all the things I got from them for that amount.
Got a ridiculous amount of flowers through Flowers by Brian for $4000 - see previous post about that
Band - we're paying $7K
Limos - if you only need one limo for 3 hours, that will be like $500. Limobuses are 1000+, classic cars are 500+ for 3 hours.
