Can someone help me w/ invite excel sheet? (for pippy's sweets)

I need to send my addresses to pippy's sweets in excel format- can anyone tell me how I'm supposed to send them? I'm sure she'll get back to me sometime tonight or tomorrow, but I'd really like to finish this up right now.

Am I supposed to put each address, one per line?
Or should each line of the address take up another line?

This is how I did mine:

First row (across the top) have each of these in their own box:
Title(s), First Names, Last Name, Address, City/State/Zip
My list has other stuff too like mine or FH?, total # adults, total # kids, etc etc. but you don't need that for the addresses.

Then on each row below the main top row, type in everyone's info so it goes across (left to right).

Thank you and did you use this for Pippy's Sweets? If so, I'm just going to do it the way you did. Thanks so much

I am using Pippy's Sweets and will have to do this soon myself! Thanks for the thread!
