the thread where past brides and soon-to-be-brides told why (mostly why) or why not they got videography? There were some on there who regretted it and told why. It was very recent, within the last few weeks. I searched but couldn't find it!
This is for my FH, who brings up me getting video everytime we fight. He thinks it's a big waste of $$, but I think not getting it is a huge mistake! Please help! Thanks!

I don't know of a thread, but with video, 10 years from now, what could you possibly regret more, spending $1200, which you won;t even feel by then, or not having a video. I mean even think of all of the older guests, who, unfortunately may pass away. it will be priceless to see them in action on the dance floor.
I don't even see how a vide can be a waste of money...you're spending so much on one day and when it's all over all you'll have left are the memories and the ways in which you preserved them. What will be left? gown, photo, video. It's not something you can go back and do later if you decide. Maybe you can compromise and get an unedited video, and then you cna decide to edit it yourselves or get it edited later when he canges his mind, which I'm sure he will. How could he not?

We already booked video, but he came home in a bad mood, and I don't know how that subject came up but it did, and I wanted him to see that thread so I don't have to hear about it anymore!
