Kim at Cactus in Dix Hills. She is great and sooo nice. I had my hair trial with her last wk and I booked her right away. It was $75 for the trial - or maybe $70, now I cant remember! I think its about the same for the day of. She was excellent though. I was really happy with her. I receommended another bride to be from this site to her and she booked her too. Good luck! Kathy

sarah from gorgeous faces is great !! Jillian is amazing for makeup as well! there are both so good at what they do and lotsa fun! there vendors on here

She is incredible!!

I don't have her info handy but their was a post today with her email which is a new way to contact her.

I think her prices have changed some as well but she is so worth it I can't even begin to tell you.

I have pics of my hair if you are interested.

Jillian just did my makeup trial tonight - and my MOHs too - she is great and so nice. I booked with her too! Sarah's twin sister is actually doing my sister's hair at Cactus in Dix hills.

monkey bride - I would love to see pics!!

I had contacted a few of these people in the past.. but one of my bms is a hairdresser and really wanted to do my hair that day.... after thinking about it I decided to go with a professional that ISNT one of my bms that day.


eta. I am already using Oksana for makeup. But please feel free to post trial pics!!

I didn't like the front b/c I asked her to try it loose - it looked SO much better tight but I don't think I took a picture once she redid the front. Let me check!

Why dont you see if Oksana can hook you up with an appt with Jen from Hair Genie? They do weddings together. I have a trial with them on 10/29.
