I have never gotten split ends before in my life...but lately I feel like I'm finding them all over!!! And my nails are soooooo weak these days!!! I must have broken 3 this week alone. Can this be stress related?

Could it be that you aren't being so careful becuase of other things distracting you?
I would try a deep conditioner or mask... Hopefully that will keep you from getting more!!

I have never heard of stress causing split ends either. As far as your nails, do you use anything on them, maybe a protein polish or something?

Try drinking more milk and moisturizing. They say your hair changes every 7 years, so your hair could be changing. If you're not eating well that could effect your hair and nails.
