I have an app't tonight with Dr. but I am making myself nervous. I have had sty's before and this does not feel like that. This is a hard bumb (tiny) under my eyelid and it doesn't hurt, but annoying b/c I can feel it. Any clue? Can it be serious?

I totally feel your pain. I have a stye right now...and I get them all the time. It sucks!
I did have something like what you're talking about. I had this bump by my eyelid, and of course being the psycho that I am, I had to get it out. It ended up being hardened/dried up puss or something, probably from a previous stye. Totally disgusting, but I got it out of there!!

Mine was just below my lash line, so I just squeezed it until it came out through my lash line...I know, nasty.

I always have those things - are they like a clear bump? I went to the doctor once for it and he gave me some eyelid wash stuff. Told me to make sure that I get all my eye make up off good before I go to bed. I only wear mascara by the way. I still get them a lot but I havent had the chance to go back and see the doctor in a while.

It could very well be a sty..I used to get those damn things in my early teens, ya know what works AWESOME>..chamomile tea bags..I SAWER by them...boil watre, put the tea bag in the hot water, then take out the bag and put it right on that sty...repeat this process a few times..it will be gone soon! I used to be an expert at this unfortunately. Good luck!

I did that once.. it was actually above the eyelashes .. sorta on the lip of my lower eyelid. I had it for a long time and ignored it. Not too noticable and who cares..but one day it REALLY irrated bad. I took a needle to my eye (carefully) and rolled it until it pushed out this hard stuff. VERY werid. I wasn't home (out of town) and it hurt so bad I was constantly tearing up. After I got it out, I was fine. Im such a clean freak though I kept flushing my eye to make sure it didnt get infected.
I got tons of little bumps under my eye lids (inside) after 9/11. I swear you would have thought it was measles! Found out later it was an allergic reaction. I get them still but not so many. Usually stress or allergies and they've been inside so unless it's bothering my contacts, I don't care.
