It does happen. I have two rings like that (my ering and another ring) and have had diamonds fall out. They should replace it when you bring it in without a problem.
Do you have a small ring size? a similar thing happened to my friend where it happened very frequently because she has a really small size .. hope it gets fixed soon!
That happened to mine 2 months ago. I was so upset I almost cried. My FH said it wasn't a big deal so we got it fixed took about 2 weeks to order a new stone. It'll feel weird not having it on all the time but don't worry it happens.

I had the same thing happen to mine but it was a diamond on top (it has 3 stones) I was sooooo upset but they replaced it free of cost it took like 2 weeks
Oh no!!! My brother gets jewelry for my SIL from Kay even her ring, they fix it with no charge so that'll be good. Hopefully you get it quick. When I first got engaged and had to get my ring sized (helzberg) it was the longest 5 days without it!
So sorry to hear but you have more than enough time to get it fixed before your big day. Try to look at the glass half full - you're going to marry the man of your dreams and you WILL have your ring by then. Big hug! Sssssqqqqquuuuueeeeezzzzzeeeeee

I am so sorry. I remember when I first got my ring and FH had to have it resized because it was to big. I was without my ring for like 3 weeks because they had to make a whole new setting. It was the worst feeling ever. I hope they can fix it right away for you

The only reason I asked was a friend of mine works at a jeweler in Farmingdale and she said they they would be able to get the crazy glue off. Glad you were able to get most of it off. Hopefully it'll come back to you good as new after this.

You could always buy a cheapie ring as a stand in so you don't feel 'naked.' I lasted about 2 hours before I had to do that when I got mine resized. Sorry you have to go through this!
I have an old journey ring fh bought be a few years ago for Christmas that I wore on my right hand.....now it's on my left lol
I used to work for a jewelry company (LeVian) and I'm not sure if other companies do this, but they have a lifetime warranty on all their rings. If a small stone setting falls out, they replace it no charge. They also clean it and put new rhodium on it, if the ring has it.
